Logwood Dye

Boil your traps in Logwood Dye to help protect them from rust damage (especially the springs). 450g bag.  Works well if you then give your traps a wax afterwards.

1 bag will do 1- 2 doz large traps.  Works best on traps that already have a coating of surface rust as dye does not bond with new steel.  New traps need to have the grease washed off them first (usually just in dishwashing water or the dishwasher if you are allowed).
