Ketch-All Pole 4-6ft Extension

Ketch-All Pole - The original animal control pole.  Great for using on animals that you need to release from traps.  Made from Aircraft Grade Aluminium they are light weight but super tough.  They are the  go to brand of pole used throughout Australia by local and state government departments.

The 4-6 foot pole is telescopic allowing the user to have an extra couple of feet between them and the animal. 

To Operate:

Referring to the picture of the pole, you will note that the excess cable is stored inside tubing and the noose is partially open.

To Open noose: a slight pull on release knob. To Close noose: pull on end of cable. (A locking device assembled inside the pole automatically locks cable in position and noose will not open until released by a pull on Release knob.)

To Snare Animal:

Slip noose over animal's head or other part of body and tighten sufficiently to restrain animal by a pull on the end of cable.

To Release Animal:

Open noose by a slight pull on Release knob.

Uses:

To rescue and restrain both domestic and wild animals. It is most widely used on dogs - from the smallest to the largest; however they can be used on possums through to wombats.
